Benefits of yoga
Our YOGA classes will introduce your child to the fundamentals of yoga through imagery, balance and breathing techniques. Yoga is an engaging way to develop focusing skills and expand children’s imagination. A portion of each class will be dedicated to creative movement and beginning tumbling skills related to our yoga poses and movements!

Toddler (16 mo – 2.5 years)
A playful and unique approach to yoga. Learn to roar like a lion, fly like a butterfly, swim like a dolphin and stand like a tree.
Preschool (2.5 – 5 years)
Children will move through several poses using props like streamers, bean bags, scarves, and yoga dice.
Elementary (5 years +)
Advanced approach to breathing, building strength and flexibility. Learn to hold poses, practice breath-work, play yoga games and more!
Each and every week we will be stretching our way through a new exciting world. Ask your child what they pretended to be, where they pretended to go, and what fun props they got to play with in dance class today!
